13 | How to bring more yoga into your every day, with Marta Buist of @begood_dogood

This was a super fun episode to record. I am talking to Marta Buist, a yoga teacher who has very much integrated the philosophies of yoga into every aspect of her life. It has shaped her approach to work, to family life and herself. What she learned from her yoga practice has guided many of the big and important decisions in her life as well as her every day intentions. Marta very generously shares her story from a dramatic career change that led her to become a teacher right through to how it shaped some of her early decisions in motherhood as well as the most recent travel adventures her family has been on. She also shares some really practical tips on how to get more out of your own practice so that you can start integrating what you learn about yourself on the mat into other aspects of your day.

Marta runs three amazing yoga classes every week, on a Tues 6-7pm (UK time), Thurs (not conducive to UK) and a Sunday at 4-5.15pm (UK time). You can find all class details as well as some amazing pictures on Marta's Instagram @begood_dogood
