14 | How to start splitting the mental load

Do you feel like you take on more than your fair share of the mental load? Are you the only one who seems to remember all the stuff that needs done, by when and by who? Is it making you fed up and frustrated?

In this episode I share three practical tips on how you can start letting go and letting someone else - either your partner or another adult - take on some of the load.

I talk about why it is so important to value our time and energy in this way, because it affects not just our home life but our approach to putting ourself forward at work too.

I share how you can start to pass over the responsibility for tasks, not just the physical chore, how to start a conversation about the mental load in your household, and when you might want to let go of quality control.

I'd love to know what your key take away is from this episode and what you think about putting the tips into action. Drop me a message on Instagram @debbieleeco or book a call at www.debbielee.co.uk.
