12 | When you find it hard to do the things you know are good for you
This week I am talking about when and why we resist doing he things we need the most. Maybe you crave some headspace and tell yourself that you'll do a bit of meditation, but then never get round to it. Maybe you want more connection with your partner but end up feeling irritated and further apart. Maybe you want to socialise more and sign up to an online class but then dip out at the last minute.
In the episode I cover the top three reasons why we do this, why it is natural and why you should be kind to yourself when you do.
I also explore some things that you can do to help so that you can start nourishing yourself in the way you need.
