How often do you find yourself feeling frustrated? Is it a constant low level thing or does it come and take over every so often?
We often see frustration as a negative emotion, something to be avoided and escaped from. It often leads us into a place of blaming others or blaming the situation we are in. And often communicating frustration just leads to more frustration!
