19 | When the busyness takes over

This week I am sharing one of the most valuable lessons that I have learned yet. That if I want other people to value my time and energy then first I have to value them too.

Itโ€™s something that took me a long time to realise and even longer to actually believe. When I stop to notice how I feel and what I need, rather than go into busyness autopilot then things start to feel different.

Itโ€™s a continual practice but one that I am committed to for my own well-being and something that I feel super passionate about passing on to other mums as well.

If you feel like youโ€™re ready for a change, join my free 5day mini series โ€œHow to create more balance as a working mumโ€ from 19th - 23rd April. Each day is a short video, available on replay.
