95 | How to find focussed time to work on your start-up

When you are starting out in business, finding the focus that you need to make progress with the work you love can be really tricky. And for very good reason. I see there things getting in the way:
- Not knowing what to focus on
- Having too many distractions around
- Working at a sub-optimal time of day

What I have found is that by cultivating a healthy mix of long term strategy and short term feel good, the focus is a lot more likely to follow.
