45 | Stop being so hard on yourself

This episode is all about this negative thought patterns that we get into when we feel like we've messed up in some way - when we make a mistake, or things don't go to plan.

I share one thing that helped me massively when I bumped my car and was tempted to go into a whole load of self blame. And the question was, what do I need right now?

Stopping myself from going down a well trodden path of negative stories felt so different and allowed me to hold the difficult emotions at the same time as still appreciating everything else that was still great in life.
