Want to feel less hangry?

Last Monday night I ventured for a foray in the freezer. ๐Ÿฅถ 

It was the night before our weekly grocery delivery and meal planning had lost its way by this stage. ๐Ÿ˜œ

Iโ€™m really good at freezing leftovers, stocking up on Tupperware, having great intentions about how to use the food when it starts life in the freezerโ€ฆ..but less good at any sort of labelling or remembering what anything actually is. ๐Ÿคจ 

So we had a mish mash of Iโ€™m still not sure exactly what, itโ€™s certainly not going to feature in any recipe books any time soon. ๐Ÿ˜

Even as someone who counted cooking as a hobby pre-kids, week day dinner times often fall into the โ€˜fuel on the tableโ€™ category for me, consumed at a speed that is directly proportional to how long I think my toddler will stay in his high chair. ๐Ÿ˜† 

And I know from my days in the office when there is a lot of rushing around during the day, it can be easy to let breakfast and lunch fall down the priority list too. ๐Ÿฅ˜
